 All our courses include a Certificate of Completion (image shown below).

Are your Courses Certified?

The costs for certified courses (such as IOSH, NEBOSH etc) are significant. In order to keep our course costs low, we offer a Certificate of Completion. Many associations do take into consideration such courses as points towards Continuous Professional Development (CPD). It is worth checking with your association or professional body on what the requirements are for CPD points.

When does the course start and finish?

The course starts now and never ends during your “active” membership period or lifetime purchase option (i.e., you bought the course or product not within a membership package).

What if I am unhappy with the course – Can I have a refund?

As mentioned in our Terms of Use, due to the nature of online learning courses, we normally cannot offer a refund unless you have not started the course yet.

It would be weird for us to give a refund after you have taken a course and absorbed any knowledge, right?
